We want you to love your rhode routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Pack Your Products
Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely back to us.
Print & Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
